Installation: ACAR cable can be installed in air. Is is recommended that the installation instructions indicated by the local electric code, or any equipment, be followed, so that the safe guarding of persons and the integrity of the product will not be affected by deficiencies in the installation.

2. Applications

ACAR is mainly used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. It is also suitable for laying across basins, rivers and valleys where special geographical teatures exist.

3. Construction:ACAR consists of aluminum alloy wire and aluminum wires. The aluminum wires are concentrically stranded around the steel wire.

4. Features

ACAR offers optimal strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity. I is low cost for the line and large transmission capacity. In order to foster the prevention of corrosion, the non-oxidizing grease can be fully or partially applied to ACAR.
